At Drych Digital, we are committed to delivering high quality work and a smooth client experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled across our consultations, services, and digital products.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.
1. Consultation Bookings
We offer a free 15-minute introductory call and a paid 1-hour consultation. Consultation fees are charged in Nigerian Naira (₦50,000) for local clients and in USD for international clients. Payment is required at the time of booking.
The following cancellation terms apply:
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation — a 5% cancellation fee applies. You will receive a refund of 95% of the amount paid.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled consultation — a 20% cancellation fee applies. You will receive a refund of 80% of the amount paid.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation — no refund will be issued. The full amount is forfeited.
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to hello@drychdigital.com.
If you proceed to engage Drych Digital for a project following your consultation, the full consultation fee will be deducted from your project invoice.
2. Service Projects
We offer creative and digital services on a fixed project fee, retainer, or agreed payment structure basis.
If you cancel a project before work has commenced, you are entitled to a refund of any amount paid minus a 10% administration fee.
If you cancel a project after work has commenced, refunds are determined by the stage of completion at the time of cancellation:
- Strategy and discovery completed — we retain 35% of the total project fee to cover work completed. The remaining balance is refunded.
- Up to 50% of project completed — we retain 55% of the total project fee. The remaining balance is refunded.
- 50% to 75% of project completed — we retain 75% of the total project fee. The remaining balance is refunded.
- More than 75% completed — we retain 90% of the total project fee. All completed work is delivered to you.
- Project fully delivered — no refund will be issued once final deliverables have been submitted.
All work completed up to the point of cancellation remains the property of Drych Digital Limited until all outstanding balances are settled.
If you request a change of scope before work has commenced:
- If the revised scope is smaller in value, we will recalculate and refund the difference minus a 5% administration fee
- If the revised scope is larger in value, a revised quote will be issued and the difference must be paid before work begins
- If the revised scope is entirely different from the original brief, the original payment will be refunded minus a 5% administration fee and a new quote will be issued
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. If you wish to cancel a retainer arrangement, please provide a minimum of 30 days written notice before your next billing date.
3. Digital Products
All sales of digital products including templates, e-books, and other downloadable resources are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once a purchase has been made.
Before completing your purchase, please read all product descriptions carefully to ensure the product meets your requirements.
If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, or does not function as described, please contact us at hello@drychdigital.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or a review of your project billing, please submit a written request to hello@drychdigital.com.
Due to the nature of digital services and project-based work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the completion stages outlined in Section 2 above. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss a resolution, such as a revision or service credit. We aim to respond to all requests within 48 hours.
5. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and is subject to our Terms of Use.
